Introduce these common favorites for a satisfying and easy way to get any occasion started.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 pound roast beef 1/4" diced
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 cup wasabi sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 packages Athens Mini Fillo Shells
  • green onions for garnish (optional)
  • clinatro for garnish (optional)
Servings: appetizers
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine diced roast beef and teriyaki sauce.
  2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Whisk together wasabi sauce and honey.
  4. Drain marinade from beef.
  5. Fill shells with beef and drizzle wasabi mixture on top.
  6. If desired, garnish with green onions and/or cilantro.
Recipe Notes

Tip: For added crispness, preheat oven to 350⁰F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes. Cool and proceed as directed above.
