Athens Teriyaki Beef Wasabi Mini Shells

Ingredients
  • 2/3pound roast beef1/4″ diced
  • 1/3cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3cup wasabi sauce
  • 1Tbsp. honey
  • 2packages Athens Mini Fillo Shells
  • green onionsfor garnish (optional)
  • clinatrofor garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine diced roast beef and teriyaki sauce.
  2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Whisk together wasabi sauce and honey.
  4. Drain marinade from beef.
  5. Fill shells with beef and drizzle wasabi mixture on top.
  6. If desired, garnish with green onions and/or cilantro.
Recipe Notes

Tip: For added crispness, preheat oven to 350⁰F. Place empty shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes. Cool and proceed as directed above.
