Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Chandler, North Scottsdale, Central Scottsdale, Peoria

Details: Three-course Easter Sunday Brunch. Choose one appetizer: Lobster Bisque, Modern Caesar, or Fresh Seasonal Fruits. Choose one entrée: Fleming’s Signature Eggs Benedict with choice of sliced filet mignon or smoked salmon, served atop a toasted Wolferman’s English muffin with wilted arugula, béarnaise sauce; or Baked Brioche French Toast with a Walnut Crisp layered in vanilla and orange custard, with a brown sugar, butter and walnut streusel served with maple blueberry syrup, chantilly cream and grilled sausage; or Prime Rib with a Trio of Sauces with natural au jus, creamed horseradish sauce and horseradish mustard sauce; or Fleming’s Egg Strata made with eggs, cream, vegetables and cheese, baked fluffy and served with pico de gallo, crumbled Chevre cheese and your choice of spicy grilled shrimp skewers or slow-roasted filet. Choose one dessert: White Chocolate Bread Pudding with a bourbon crème anglaise; or Crème Brûlée served with fresh seasonal berries; or Walnut Turtle Pie. Receive a $25 dining card valid for a future visit (restriction apply).

Cost: $36.95 for adults and the children’s brunch menu is $17.95

Details: A sampling of popular brunch dishes include red velvet pancakes , wild mushroom and smoked gouda omelet or a market street BLT. Made special for the holiday, try Pastry Chef LaDawn’s herb crepe. For a completely indulgent meal, pair any breakfast entree with Mango Mimosas or Bloody Mary’s for $24.

Details: Adults Easter Sunday Menu: choice of Cup of Soup, Garden Salad or Caesar Salad; choice of Hickory Smoked Ham Meal (served with haricots verts, au gratin potatoes, and side of horseradish cream) or Slow Roasted Turkey Breast Meal (served with cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, seasonal vegetables, and orange cranberry relish). Choice of Petite Treat. Kids Easter Sunday Menu: choice of Cup of Soup, Garden Salad or Caesar Salad; Choice of Ham with mashed potatoes and haricots verts, or Turkey entrée cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy. Choice of Petite Treat. Mimi’s also offer a Brunch Feast To-Go ($39.99 for 6 people; $79.99 for 12) and an Easter Ham Family Meal To-Go available March 1-31 (Serves 4-5; $24.99).

Childrens activities: Free photos with the Easter Bunny. Chandler location hosts their annual Egg Hunt starting at 10 a.m. and then every hour until 3 p.m. Chandler and Phoenix from 9 a.m., Scottsdale and Tempe from 10 a.m.
