Details: Three-course Easter Sunday Brunch. Choose one appetizer: Lobster Bisque, Modern Caesar, or Fresh Seasonal Fruits. Choose one entrée: Fleming’s Signature Eggs Benedict with choice of sliced filet mignon or smoked salmon, served atop a toasted Wolferman’s English muffin with wilted arugula, béarnaise sauce; or Baked Brioche French Toast with a Walnut Crisp layered in vanilla and orange custard, with a brown sugar, butter and walnut streusel served with maple blueberry syrup, chantilly cream and grilled sausage; or Prime Rib with a Trio of Sauces with natural au jus, creamed horseradish sauce and horseradish mustard sauce; or Fleming’s Egg Strata made with eggs, cream, vegetables and cheese, baked fluffy and served with pico de gallo, crumbled Chevre cheese and your choice of spicy grilled shrimp skewers or slow-roasted filet.
