Events | Celebrate National Tequila Day with Panda Libre

Panda Libre, the Mexican & Asian fusion restaurant that opened in the East Valley earlier this year, is celebrating National Tequila Day on Wednesday, July 24 by offering guests their new 9-ounce frozen margaritas for 99 cents.

To celebrate National Tequila Day as well as the receipt of their liquor license Panda Libre will also be offering shots of Herradura Silver for $5.

Though only open for a short amount of time, the Gilbert eatery has delighted guests with their unique and flavorful menu. Panda takes the traditional flavors within Mexican and Asian dishes and brings them together, creating a unique flavor profile. Examples include Bulgogi Beef with a Mexican marinade as well as Beef Barbacoa and Carne Asada infused with Asian spices.

If you’re looking for unique tacos you can try one of the 12 that the eatery offers. Flavors range from Carne Asada to Teriyaki and Orange Chicken to Bulgogi. All the proteins are packed with flavor thanks to the 12-hour marinades they all go through. If you crave even more flavor, be sure to check out any one of their four salsas. You can pick from traditional, Double Kick (Asian infused), Hells Fire (mango habanero) and Thai Chili Tomatillo, all made fresh daily.
