Lo-Lo’s likes you a waffle lot and wants to prove it by offering free waffles during a weeklong celebration for National Waffle Day!

So, for the last week and a half I have been avoiding carbs and sugar like the plague. It’s been tough (however I have lost 7.5 pounds so far), especially when I get notifications about weeklong celebrations like the one coming up at Lo-Lo’s Chicken and Waffles in honor of National Waffle Day! I’ve heard of a cheat meal, but is there such a thing as a cheat week?? I may have to make that a thing if it isn’t already.

As it turns out National Waffle Day is on August 24th, but Lo-Lo’s likes to extend the celebration so they will be starting on Monday, August 21st and ending on Friday, August 25th. What will this celebration entail? I’m glad you asked!

Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles Weeklong National Waffle Day Celebration

You can head into any of the  Lo-Lo’s Phoenix locations anytime during the week and receive one complimentary waffle with the purchase of any of their “Hood Classics” combos or specialty meals.

Hood Classics include the Baby Ray, boasting three pieces of fried chicken smothered with gravy and onions and coupled with two waffles, the Baby C, featuring two thighs or drumsticks served up alongside a hot bowl of grits or French fries, and a dozen more soul food dishes.
