Is there anything more synonymous with summer than fried chicken? It makes sense once you consider that July is National Fried Chicken Month. Well, if you want to get super technical, July 6th is National Fried Chicken Day, but when something feels so right, why not celebrate all month long?! Lo-Lo’s Chicken and Waffles gets me and that’s why they are treating customers to some major deals in celebration of this summer favorite.

Lo-lo's chicken & waffles serving up freebies all month long for national fried chicken dayStarting on July 6th and all throughout the month, anyone who pops into Lo-Lo’s Phoenix locations and orders one of their iconic “Hood Classics” meals will secure a free side dish of their choice for the table. If you’re not a Lo’Lo’s loyal, like myself, you may be wondering what the Hood Classics are. Don’t despair, I got you!

Hood Classics include the Baby Ray, boasting three pieces of fried chicken smothered with gravy and onions and coupled with two waffles, the Baby C, featuring two thighs or drumsticks served up alongside a hot bowl of grits or French fries, and a dozen more soul food dishes.

Guests taking advantage of Lo-Lo’s monthlong fried chicken special can choose from more than 25 side dish offerings, including fried okra, mac and cheese, whipped potatoes, waffles and more.
Your choice of free side dish for the table is with purchase of any “Hood Classics” meal only and is limited to one per table. This offer is only valid July 6th through July 31st.
