Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass Receives Forbes Honors
Forbes Travel Guide today unveiled its annual Star Rating list, awarding Kai restaurant at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass with their highest rating, the Five-Star Award for the ninth consecutive year. Kai is the only restaurant in Arizona and one of only 41 restaurants in all of North America to receive this prestigious honor.
Aji Spa at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass was named, for the ninth consecutive year, to the list of Forbes Four-Star recipients, continuing their legacy as one of the top eight spas in the thriving Arizona spa market.
In addition, Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass maintained their place on the Forbes Travel Guide Recommended Hotel list. This designation is described as denoting a well-appointed hotel that has enhanced amenities and design which provide a consistently strong sense of location and service.
Kai, the Pima word for “seed,” is a distinctive dining experience focused on sharing a regional sense of place through sophisticated cuisine. Treasured for being as luxurious as it is accessible, the talented culinary and service teams behind Kai’s success work diligently to bring Native American inspired cuisine to the forefront of the national gourmet dialogue.
Aji, meaning “sanctuary” in the Pima language, continues to develop treatments and offerings inspired by the Pima and Maricopa culture that are part of the Indigenous Collection, which was developed by Aji’s Cultural Caretakers.
The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass is a heritage resort offering a fully indigenous, healing and indulgent escape. Located on pristine Sonoran desert land only minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, it is one of the premier resorts in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
“We are exceptionally proud to once again receive these awards from Forbes Travel Guide; recognition that is important to our resort’s continued success. This affirms the passion, talent and commitment of our team toward luxury and quality,” said Bunty Ahamed, General Manager. “It is a distinct honor to be listed among an elite group who are known for consistently delivering luxury to world travelers.”
