Recipe: Prickly Pear Margarita from Ben & Jack’s Steakhouse

Prickly Pear Margarita
- 2 ounces Reposado Tequila
- 1/2 ounce agave nectar
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Prickly Pear Puree
- Pink salt (for the rim of the glass)
- Ice
- Take your shaker tin and add ice, tequila, agave nectar, lime juice and prickly pear puree. Shake vigorously. Take a martini glass and salt the rim with the pink salt. Pour the mixture into the glass and add a lemon/lime wedge for garnish and enjoy this refreshing and flavorful summer cocktail.
