Recipe: Prickly Pear Margarita from Ben & Jack’s Steakhouse

Whether you’re celebrating National Tequila Day or looking for a cool drink to quench your summer thirst, the Ben & Jack’s Steakhouse Prickly Pear Margarita is a refreshing blend of tequila, agave nectar and fruity juices sure to satisfy your tequila craving!
Check out the recipe below…

Prickly Pear Margarita

  • 2 ounces Reposado Tequila
  • 1/2 ounce agave nectar
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Prickly Pear Puree
  • Pink salt (for the rim of the glass)
  • Ice
  1. Take your shaker tin and add ice, tequila, agave nectar, lime juice and prickly pear puree. Shake vigorously. Take a martini glass and salt the rim with the pink salt. Pour the mixture into the glass and add a lemon/lime wedge for garnish and enjoy this refreshing and flavorful summer cocktail.
