Just in Time for Holiday Baking: KitchenAid’s 7-Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer

Posted on: November 2nd, 2011 by Amy Martin No Comments

Just in time for holiday baking (and gift giving for the bakers in your life!), KitchenAid has released a brand new 7qt Stand Mixer, their largest size yet.

Designed for professional style results, the 7-Quart Bowl-Lift Residential Stand Mixer is ideal for serious bakers as the mixer easily handles recipes requiring longer mixing, kneading, and whipping times. It can handle 8 ½ pounds of mashed potatoes, 8 ½ loaves of bread, and 14 dozen cookies. This mixer doesn’t mess around! If you aren’t an Olympic baker, don’t fret. The mixer can handle small jobs just as easily, making it a versatile machine.

It’s very quiet and is an attractive (not to mention, incredibly useful) accessory displayed on any home cook’s kitchen counter. KitchenAid’s products have always been top notch, especially when it comes to their stand mixers. The whisk attachment is large, reducing the need to scrape down the sides of the bowl while you’re mixing (after all, it’s supposed to do the work for you, right?).

The large, stainless steel 11-wire Elliptical Whip reaches the entire bowl so you won’t have to scrape down the sides.

The 7-quart mixer includes a non-sealing bowl cover (no splatters!) and three attachments: a stainless steel 11-wire Elliptical Whip, coated metal Flat Beater, and the Powerknead™ Dough Hook. All attachments are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.

The Professional-Style Attachment Power Hub fits all current KitchenAid attachments as well as future larger-capacity commercial style attachments. Other stand mixer attachments available for order include the: Can Opener, Food Grinder, Food Tray, Fruit/Vegetable Strainer/Food Grinder, Grain Mill, Citrus Juicer, Ice Cream Maker, Rotor Slicer/Shredder, Sausage Stuffer Kit, and a variety of Pasta attachments including the Pasta Roller, Ravioli Maker, and more. Truly, an all-in-one appliance.

The mixer is available in four different colors: Medallion Silver, Black Storm, Candy Apple (as pictured), and White.

Stay tuned for a giveaway on PhoenixBites, where you will be one of the first to have a chance to own this mixer. For additional information on other products from KitchenAid, visit
