Curly Tail Cocktail Recipe

The Salty Sow has generously provided us with the recipe for their popular Curly Tail cocktail. It’s a great way to start your cocktail hour off with a bang. The combination of heat and sweet create an exciting combination of flavors that will have you releasing the stress of the day and on the road to happy in no time!

- 1 Serrano Ice Cube
- 2 ounces Familia Camerena Tequila
- 3/4 ounces Serrano Simple Syrup
- 3/4 ounces Blood Orange Concentrate
- 1 sprig Cilantro
- Smoked Salt as needed
- Rim a martini glass with smoked salt
- Please 1 Serrano ice cube in a martini glass
- In a shaker glass, mix Serrano Simple Syrup, cilantro, tequila, blood orange puree and ice cubes.
- Shake and strain into the martini glass
