Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds cream cheese
- 2 pounds cheddar cheese
- 1 quart Ranch Dressing
- 2 pounds Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 4 Tbsp. Season Salt
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. garlic chopped
- 1 cup white wine

Instructions
- For the Braised Chicken: In a large pot, heat olive oil over a medium high flame.
- Season chicken with season salt and black pepper.
- Add chicken to pot and cook until all sides have browned.
- Remove chicken from pot.
- Add garlic & white wine to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Add chicken back to pot and reduce heat, cover and simmer for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
- Remove chicken and cut in to cubes.
- For the Dip: Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and ranch dressing in a double boiler.
- Cook on medium heat, mixing the dip occasionally until combined.
- Place in serving dish and top with braised chicken, diced tomatoes and green onions. Drizzle your favorite hot sauce on top.
- Serve with warm tortilla chips or fresh cut vegetables.
