Restaurant Opening | Dreamteam of Campisano and James Open Fellow Osteria in Scottsdale

While “osteria” means a simple or inexpensive Italian restaurant, we doubt that Fellow Osteria will be even close to simple.

Fellow Osteria is situated inside a stylish, yet welcoming, indoor/outdoor space at SkySong. The restaurant hopes to bring an authentic Italian osteria menu and vibe to the heart of south Scottsdale. The restaurant is the latest culinary and cocktail passion project from co-owners Nicholas Campisano and Joshua James. Campisano and James went to great lengths to bring a true taste of the Italian countryside to this fast-growing Scottsdale neighborhood. They did this by sourcing rare, rustic pasta grains and building a spacious patio perfect for all day lounging.

The space, intended to be communal, will showcase local food artisans. They’ve kicked things off with a menu designed in part by Chef Claudio Urciuoli from Pa’La. You’ll be able to see ingredients growing within the space, thanks to the 2,000 square foot community garden in the property. The garden, created in partnership with Justin Rohner of Agriscapes, will provide fresh produce year round.

You can expect to find farm fresh pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and salads on the menu for both lunch and dinner. You’ll also find affordable Italian focused wines as well as an array of craft beers and specialty cocktails.

If you’re in a hurry you can grab a specialty coffee, grab & go meals as well as some Sweet Republic ice cream.

If you work in the area, Fellow features a state of the art kitchen perfect for catering opportunities.

The space boasts 140 seats along with a gorgeous design creating a welcoming ambiance perfect for lingering. Their spacious, shaded patio will be the ideal summer spot for shuffleboard and other interactive games.

If you’d rather relax with a drink, saddle up to the bar to admire the inspired 3D landscapes paying homage to some of our state’s most beautiful spots.

Fellow Osteria is now open and ready to welcome you, your friends and visiting holiday guests.

They are open Sunday through Thursday from 11am until 9pm and from 11am until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
