New Menu | Grimaldi’s Pizzeria Brings Back Fall Favorites Menu

Starting today, the Grimaldi’s Fall Favorites menu is back! From salads to pizza and cocktails to desserts, you’ll find seasonal menu items that highlight the remarkable flavors of fall and will have you conjuring up thoughts of sitting fireside with family and friends.

“The limited time menu incorporates the natural fall flavors that are fan favorites,” says Executive Chef of Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, Cory Lattuca. “Guests can come together with friends or family to unwind and indulge in these seasonal dishes.”

So, what is highlighted on the Grimaldi’s Fall Favorites menu?

  • “Wedge” Salad | a twist on the traditional wedge salad with romaine lettuce, bleu cheese dressing, bacon, red onions, gorgonzola crumbles and cherry tomatoes
  • Buffalo Chicken Pizza | a coal brick-oven pizza fit for tailgating with fire-braised chicken breast, Frank’s RedHot® sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola crumbles and celery
  • Caramel Apple Cheesecake | a rich caramel and diced green apple cheesecake with a cinnamon sugar cookie crust served with a whipped cream and caramel swirl
  • Chocolate Cheesecake | a decadent chocolate cheesecake with an Oreo® cookie crust topped with chocolate syrup and whipped cream
  • Green Apple Sangria | made with Beso Del Sol® White Sangria, Monin Granny Apple Puree and lemon juice
  • Seasonal Italian Sodas and Lemonades | available in peach and green apple
  • Peach Iced Tea | made with China Mist Iced Tea and Monin Peach Puree
  • Caramel Applejack | Laird’s AppleJack 86 Brandy and Dorda Sea Salt Caramel shaken and served up in a cinnamon-sugar rimmed martini glass
  • Bourbon Peach Mule | Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Monin Peach Purée and fresh lemon juice shaken and served over ice with Goslings Ginger Beer and diced peaches.
