“With our other restaurants, we have made a name for ourselves by offering customers authentic Thai recipes, exotic flavors and freshly made cuisine in a quick-serve setting that allows guests to come in, get a great meal and go about their day,” said owner Akshat Sethi. “We feel that Scottsdale’s diverse clientele of daytime professionals and residential diners with sophisticated palates are primed for a Thai Chili 2 Go in their neighborhood — and we’re excited to bring it to them.”

Sethi recognizes that Thai cuisine can sometimes be perceived as complex but hopes that Thai Chili 2 Go’s menu simplifies the treasured dishes in a user-friendly way. The motivation behind the concept is to introduce diners of all ages to the delicious and diverse options. You can ease into the cuisine with items like their spring rolls dumplings and Thai sweet and sour soups. Diverge from the familiar with more traditional items like pad prig pao, spicy eggplant, red curry, panang curry, drunken noodles and Thai chow mein.

When you’re ready to order, Thai Chili 2 Go has a mobile app as well as the option to order online, offering “skip the line” pick up orders. The restaurant also has partnerships with UberEats, Postmates, Door Das and GrubHub ensuring that when you want to “Thai one on” you’ve got plenty of options!

To celebrate the Scottsdale opening, Thai Chili 2 Go will offering all sorts of discounts and free food throughout the month of December. If you want to keep up to date on all of those, be sure to follow the restaurant on their social media channels!
