On the Menu | Guests seeking a fun, casual vibe, and maybe a round or two of cornhole, can celebrate Easter at Culinary Dropout. Two dishes are special to the Easter menu: Grilled Asparagus Toast, with smoked ham and crispy potato, or Pork Belly Hash, with chile verde and sunny side up egg. Elements at Sanctuary

On the Menu | A jubilant Easter celebration is scheduled at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa for Sunday, April 16, 2017. The festivities will begin with the resort’s annual Easter Egg Hunt at 9:30 a.m., open for hotel guests and spa members. Guests and locals are then invited to an elegant Easter Brunch at elements restaurant, crafted by Executive Chef Beau MacMillan. This year’s three-course Prix Fixe Easter Brunch is packed with delicious flavors. Menu highlights include, appetizers: Crooked Neck Squash & Coconut Bisque with an Avocado & Rock Shrimp Salad and Thai Basil Chimichurri; Green Chili Pork Stew with Roasted Corn, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Fried Cheddar Curds and Pork Cracklings; entrees: Prime Flatiron Steak with Montreal Steak Spice, Roasted Shallots, Bloomsdale Spinach, Parmesan Potato Frites and Zinfandel Reduction; Roasted Chicken with Cippolini Onion & Brussels Sprout Hash, Candied Pancetta, Fingerling Potatoes and Garlic & Rosemary Pan Jus; Colorado Lamb Rack with Miso Mustard Crust, Schezwan Green Beans, Hon Shimeji Mushrooms, Sticky Rice and Hoisin BBQ; and desserts: Banana’s Foster Bread Pudding with Dulce de Leche, Caramelized Bananas and Cinnamon Rum Gelato; and Raspberry Charlotte with House Made Lady Fingers, Fresh Berries and Sweet Wine Sabayon. On the Menu | Flourish will be hosting an interactive Easter Egg hunt for the kids beginning at 10:30am and their decadent brunch service will follow. Served buffet style, you’ll find artisan breads and pastries, an array of salads to choose from, carving stations featuring roasted leg of lamb, bourbon and honey-glazed ham as well as grilled salmon. There will also be a variety of sides and desserts to fit everyone’s tastes.

Granada Bar and Grill
Cost | $44.95 for adults, $38.95 for guests aged 60 and above, $24.95 for guests aged five through 12 and guests under five years old are compliemntary. Prices do not include tax or gratuity.
On the Menu | Make some new traditions with the decadent brunch being offered at Granada Bar and Grill. You’ll find a Bloody Mary bench, carving stations with prime rib, leg of lamb as well as pastrami cured salmon (what?!), pacific oysters and green lip mussels. There will also be a traditional breakfast station that will feature house-baked pastries and breads, apple smoked bacon, country style sausage, roasted red potatoes as well as Australian lobster benedicts. Dessserts will also be available and will range from carrot cake, cheesecake, chocolate and apple cake as well as flan and pretty much everything in between.

Market Street Kitchen

On the Menu | Enjoy your Easter brunch or dinner among the rustic charm of Market Street Kitchen.  For brunch you can choose from caramel apple French toast ($14), ham & cheese frittata ($12), lobster benedict ($19) or cinnamon rolls ($4). Dinner specials will include a rotisserie leg of lamb ($32) and a rotisserie ham ($23). These specials will be available along with their standard menu.

On the Menu | Proof, an American Canteen, also will offer a special Easter menu. Start with sweet pea and carrot soup with dungeness crab. For the main course, enjoy a choice of beer-braised lamb shank with cannellini beans and walnut gremolata, or seared jumbo scallops with sausage-wrapped scotch egg and Meyer lemon. Finish the meal with lemon strawberry swirl cheesecake with strawberry rhubarb preserves.

Roaring Fork

On the Menu | Roaring Fork is hosting a gourmet Easter brunch with a rugged western edge. The buffet style menu offers a bread table, savory cold & hot item station, egg & meat carving tables with Ham and Roast Beef as well as a tasty dessert station.  Menu items will include sticky buns, assorted muffins and croissants, smoked salmon platters, mixed greens, prime rib, sausage and cheese scrambled eggs, veggie migas, buttermilk fried chicken, huckleberry French toast and so much more.

On the Menu | Scramble announced that both restaurants will be open from 6am until 2pm. To celebrate, the Easter Bunny will be at both Scramble locations giving away treats to all the kids that day. Scramble will post a special Easter 2017 album on its Phoenix and Scottsdale Facebook pages highlighting everyone who visits with the Easter Bunny. “We are always looking for new ways to add value for our customers,” said Co-Owner Clay Moizo. “By opening on Easter Sunday we’re able to provide holiday breakfast and brunch alternatives for those who prefer to eat out. Employees working that day were scheduled on a volunteer basis and will all be receiving extra compensation for their dedication to our customers.”

Sonata’s Restaurant

On the Menu | Celebrate Easter Sunday with a European-style brunch feast featuring dishes culled from Lithuanian, German, Polish, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, French, Irish and other European cuisines. Executive Chef Josh Bracher will be featuring specialty menu items including roasted pig head, deviled eggs, dumplings, kugelis, rabbit stew, roasted ducks and much more. Additional items include a vast array of meats and cheeses, smoked salmon boards, potato pancakes, roasted mushrooms and potatoes, poppy seed rolls, Paska bread, log cake and more.  In addition to their handcrafted cocktails, Sonata’s will offer its popular and ever-expansive Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar, where diners select the items they’d like to see in their cocktail of choice — a variety of freshly squeezed juices for a mimosa, for example, while the list of Bloody Mary accoutrements is nearly endless.

Talavera

On the Menu | Enjoy your decadent brunch with a side of some of the best views in the Valley. You can indulge in A Seafood & Raw Bar will highlight poached shrimp, scallop escabeche, and east and west coast oysters with traditional condiments. Enjoy a Brunch on a Bagel bar with assorted bagels, house cured and smoked salmon, smoked trout, salmon roe spread, additional accoutrements and house-made jams. Fruit, bakery and salad offerings include an almond joy cereal parfait, zucchini bread, bear claws, green lentils with roasted carrots and turmeric-spiced roasted cauliflower. Guests can also enjoy multiple made-to-order options, including a custom-made omelet filled with their choice of ham, chorizo, lump crab, mushrooms, cheddar cheese and more, or a custom-made waffle benedict with poached eggs and warm crab salad. A carving station will feature slow-roasted prime rib, cinnamon and cayenne roasted leg of lamb and maple-rosemary glazed ham.  Sweet treats such as a cherry oat crisp, lemon meringue tart and a made-to-order aebleskiver (Danish stuffed pancake) station will be featured in the dessert buffet.
