On the Menu | Brixton Pub & Restaurant inside Radisson Hotel Phoenix North will be open for a Christmas Eve dinner for family, friends, and a festive feast. Christmas Eve dining is made easy at Brixton Pub with a garden salad, oven-baked ham with cherry compote, sauteed Brussels sprouts with shallots and bacon, garlic mashed potatoes, and chocolate flourless torte with raspberry coulis.

On the Menu | Phoenix City Grille’s Executive Chef, Rory Hewitt, just announced his holiday specials for Christmas Eve. “Holidays are the perfect time to pull out all the stops and showcase so many of my favorites,” said Hewitt. “Using fresh, local ingredients (whenever possible), this year’s specials are sure to please meat and seafood lovers alike.” Christmas Eve specials include a delectable roasted prime rib with a guajillo chile jus, smoked onion rings, roasted garlic whipped potatoes and creamy horseradish.

On the Menu | Rusconi’s will host a special three course Christmas Eve dinner. You can choose from a roasted winter squash soup, lobster bisque, baby spinach salad, blue crab and shrimp cake, boneless beef short ribs, or Sonoran Caesar salad for your first course. Entrée options include a Red Bird Farms wood grilled chicken breast, roasted pork tenderloin, wood grilled aged Black Angus new your strip, smoked tomato crusted rack of lamb, Nixon Square Meyer lemon and agave glazed grilled spinach, or pan roasted wild sea bass and key west shrimp. For dessert, guests can pick from a banana and chocolate hazelnut empanada, grilled apple bread pudding, or dark chocolate crème brûlée.

Cook’s, the renowned restaurant at Royal Palms Resort and Spa during the holidays and enjoy a buffet or a prix-fixe dinner prepared by Executive Chef Todd Allison. Prix-fixe menu by Executive Chef Todd Allison with your choice of three courses including main lobster bisque, Maple Leaf Farms duck confit tortellini, Glacier 51 sea bass, roasted all natural Diestel turkey breast, grilled venison loin, pan sauteed Main diver scallops, gingerbread cake and more.

On the Menu | Give the family a chance to relax this holiday season, by skipping the meal prep and a messy kitchen because TEXAZ Grill is doing all the heavy lifting. Treat treat your family to a no-stress Christmas Eve dinner with the Cod Victoria entrée special. TEXAZ Grill’s Cod Victoria entrée comprises an 8-ounce North Atlantic cod fillet, baked with wine, lemon, garlic and butter, then topped with breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Guests will also be served a dinner salad and choice of potatoes with their meal.

On the Menu| The Hash Kitchen’s brunch items are sure to make any morning merry and bright, menu items include: eggnog-infused doughnuts topped with eggnog glaze ($10), gingerbread pancakes made with cream cheese frosting, warm maple reduction, and crushed gingerbread cookies ($11), and a Christmas waffle made with waffle stuffing, hand carved turkey, smashed potatoes, gravy, and fried leeks ($14).
