Friday Bites with Dr. Suneil Jain

Posted on: December 9th, 2016 by Taryn Jeffries 1 Comment

As one of the top naturopathic physicians in Scottsdale, Dr. Suneil Jain bridges the traditional tenets of naturopathic medicine with modern advances in naturopathic medicine to offer you with a comprehensive plan for your health.

His clinic, Rejuvena Health & Aesthetics, focuses on the whole body – not just your looks or your health, but the entire package.  Your appearance is a direct reflection of what’s going on beneath the surface, and the healthier you are, the better you’ll look.

While some believe a health issue requires only a visit to a physician and an aesthetic treatment can only be booked at a med spa, Rejuvena believes that total body wellness encompasses both the inside and the outside. Its revolutionary integrative approach includes all aspects of both naturopathic and aesthetic medicine. Using the latest regenerative medicine techniques to resolve pain, enhance tissue and wrinkle repair, customized diet plans, organic whole food based supplements and detoxification therapies we strive to make you look and feel your best.

With such a focus on overall health and well-being, we couldn’t wait to hear where Dr. Suneil Jain goes for a great meal.

Serious Take Out | Eat

This is an excellent place to get tasty and nutritious “grab ‘n go” foods for vegans and Paleo aficionados alike.  They also do catering and customized meals.

Best Gluten Free | Tryst Cafe

An organic restaurant with so many of gluten-free choices, that it’s a great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.  It also has organic cocktails.

Best Asian | Flo’s

This is my favorite choice for Asian food. They have great spicy dishes that are perfect for take or out to dine in the restaurant.

Best Brunch | Farm & Craft

The pancakes are out of this world! They’ve got a mix of fast, healthy and casual dining. It’s a new spot, but it’s become one of my favorite places for brunch.

If you want to check out Rejuvena Health & Aesthetics at 7514 E. Camelback Road in Scottsdale. You can call 480.551.9000 for more information.
