By now you may already have your Father’s Day plans, since we let you know about special deals in Phoenix and Scottsdale earlier this week. In the event that you are still looking, we’ve just learned of a new special that we wanted to share with you. If you are in Chandler, Avondale or the Lake Havasu area on Sunday, you should check out Fiesta Mexicana.

If you bring Dad into any of the three restaurants on Sunday, June 19th, Dad will receive a free one item combo or Fiesta Chica with the purchase of an entree. Fiesta Mexicana’s menu features a selection of authentic Mexican cuisine. Every dish is made to order with the freshest meats and produce. Your drink orders are treated the same way, with premium tequilas and house made syrups.

The restaurant founders, Martin and Patricia Rangel opened the restaurant to share the flavors of their home state of Jalisco Mexico. They have since dedicated themselves to providing guests with the hospitality, traditions and flavors of their home country. Their family-owned restaurants currently operate in Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.

Fiesta Mexicana Specials

Not sure about what to order? A great intro would be there Combo Appetizer. The dish comes with nachos, quesadilla, and chicken taquitos. Their Fiesta Grande entree allows for diners to try three of their specialty items. You get to choose from enchiladas, chile relleno, flautas, chimichangas, tacos, chalupas, burritos, sopitas, tostadas or tamales. They also have a variety of fajitas and salads among other house specialties.

Our pick would be their Mojarra Rellena. This dish features a whole tilapia fish topped with shrimp, octopus, and mixed vegetables. The dish is then topped with a rich and flavorful sauce and served with rice and beans.

If Dad is a lover of all things Mexico and spice, treat him and yourself to a great meal at Fiesta Mexicana on Sunday.
