If you have never had a dinner at T. Cook’s at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa, you are truly missing out. We have had the opportunity to attend a few events and dinners there and the backdrop is breathtaking and the history of the resort is endearing. Whether you dine inside in the dining room or find yourself soaking in the beauty of the mansion courtyard you’ll be swept away to what feels like a completely different locale.

Join CHef Todd Allison for the Cellar Series in the Mansion Courtyard

Beginning this week, The Mix Up Bar at Royal Palms is introducing their “Cellar Series in the Mission Courtyard”. Here, guests are invited to dine under the stars in the Mansion Courtyard and enjoy a prix-fixe menu crafted by Chef Todd Allison. The dinners will be specially paired with an appropriate spirit or wine, selected to enhance the course its paired with.

The series will run March through May and then again in September through December, because who wants to eat outside in our summer? Space is limited for these events and they sell out quickly, so you will want to claim yours early. Pricing for the events include the coursed dinner as well as the beverage pairings. Reservations should be made by calling 602.808.0766.
