Ling & Louie’s Celebrates National Noodle Month
Scottsdale-based Asian Bar and Grill, Ling & Louie’s, announced its latest specialty menu in celebration of National Noodle Month in March. The menu will be introduced on the first of March and will available at Ling & Louie’s Chandler, Scottsdale, Boise and Dallas locations through the end of the month.
The National Noodle Month menu includes dishes that focus on highlighting the East-Meets-West heritage of the restaurant through a variety of noodle dishes. Among some of the highlighted creations on the menu are Green Curry Mac & Cheese, a one-of-a-kind combination of classic American and Southeast Asian flavors and The Crying Dragon, a spicy dish with udon noodles, beef, mushrooms and a mix of chilies.
Some other dishes guests can enjoy during the month of March are their light and flavorful Shrimp & Mango Salad, the Beijing Duck Noodles, Garlic Pepper Noodles and the Ginger-Sake Soba Noodles.
Like every one of Ling & Louie’s specialty dish menus, each of the items in this noodle ensemble is crafted especially to give guests, old and new, a taste of the restaurant’s Asian fusion and American comfort union.
“Noodles are a big deal in Asian-inspired dishes of course, and of other types of pasta make for really great comfort food so naturally they’re a great fit for our concept,” said Regional Manager, John Banquil. “We like to take opportunities like these to tinker with dishes guests are familiar with and give them something new and of course not boring!”
