More breaking news today; Travis Nass has left The Last Drop at LON’s at The Hermosa Inn.Teavis Nass Leaves The Last Drop

Don’t despair, while he may have poured his last cocktail at The Last Drop, Travis Nass will expand on his consulting services to bars, restaurants and resorts. Nass has received many accolades for his contribution to mixology, recently being inducted into the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame early this year as well as having been named as the new Vice President of the United States Bartenders Guild’s Arizona chapter.

“Laying down roots at one spot is always great and I’m certainly taking meetings with several properties, but this is also a great time to focus on my freelance consulting around town,” said Nass.

Nass’ consulting service will include custom cocktail programs, menu development, product sourcing, barback layout, bar appliance selection and in-depth staff training and implementation guides for restaurants, bars and resorts. This process and service will begin with a 20 minute consultation and beverage menu assesment, after which a comprehensive proposal can be crafted for the client.

If you are looking for a complimentary consultation you can visit Nass’ website to set that up.

We want to extend our congratulations to Travis and wish him huge success in this next adventure!
