Wednesday, November 4th

Copper Leaf Gastrolounge Beer Tasting

What| Copper Leaf has partnered with San Tan Brewing Company and will feature a 5-course menu with full pint beer pairings. A representative from San Tan will be there, along with Copper Leaf chef and owner to walk guests through the meal. Please see our calendar of events for the full menu.

Barrely Canadian Dinner
When| 11/04/15 beginning at 6pm
Where| Blue Hound Kitchen, 2 E. Jefferson St., Phoenix 85004
What| Blue Hound Kitchen’s Chef Sean Currid will be joining forces with Chef Massimo De Francesca (Taggia and Salt Rock Southwest Kitchen in Sedona) and Matt Taylor (Gertrude’s Restaurant) for what is sure to be an entertaining evening in celebration of Canadian whiskey and the Great White North (both Massimo and Matt are Canadian). Friday, November 6th

Cooks & Corks
When| 11/06/2015
Where| Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North, 10600 E. Crescent Moon Dr., Scottsdale 85262
What| Cooks & Corks features an array of Valley award winning chefs presenting samples of their top dishes along with a world-class selection of winemakers. The Joe Costello Syndicate band and acoustic artist, Jared Blackstone will be performing live throughout the event. All net proceeds raised will support the non-profit Scottsdale League for the Arts in its effort to promote arts and arts education organizations in the Phoenix metropolitan area, via annual fundraisers such as the Scottsdale Culinary Festival and The Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner. Since 2002, the League has contributed more than $4 million to numerous organizations such as Ballet Arizona, Childsplay, and Free Arts of Arizona.

Saturday, November 7th

6th Annual Chandler Chuck Wagon Lunch and Cook-Off
When| 11/07/15, Lunch is 12pm until 1 and the Cook-Off begins at 1pm
Where| Tumbleweed Ranch, 2250 S. McQueen Rd., Chandler
What| Enjoy a hearty lunch of roasted meat, buttered rolls, smoky beans, golden potatoes and sweet cobbler. After the lunch you can enjoy watching the Chuck Wagon Cook-Off competitors.

Cost| Free admission, lunch tickets are on sale for $12 a piece

Dog Friendly Happy Hour
When| 11/07/15 4pm to 6pm
Where| 32 Shea, 10626 N. 32nd St., Phoenix 85028
What| You and your pooch are cordially invited to join Puff & Fluff on the dog-friendly patio at 32 Shea! This informal, un-hosted gathering is just for fun, laughs, great food and drinks. There will be fabulous raffle items with all of the proceeds being donated to RESCUE.

Bacon, Blues & Brews

What| This family friendly event will feature a variety of bacon-based dishes from chefs all around the Valley as well craft beers from local breweries. There will also be 5 musical guests that will be performing throughout the event.

Cost| $10 per person pre-sale, $15 per person at the door, $65 for VIP tickets (includes 8 drink tickets)

Champagne & Oysters at Central Bistro

What| Freshly shucked oysters from the East and West Coast oyster beds pair with champagne selections from Nicolas Feuillate and an added bonus– bites from Central Bistro’s Fall menu.

Joy Bus Gala at Hotel Valley Ho

Where| Hotel Valley Ho, 6850 E. Main St., Scottsdale 85251
What| The Hotel Valley Ho presents the 3rd Annual Joy Bus Gala. Dine on the best dishes from the Valley’s hottest chefs. Each chef will be presenting an item to enjoy while sipping on local beer and wine from event sponsors. You can also browse and bid on exquisite silent auction items, You can also learn about the amazing work that The Joy Bus does to assist home-bound cancer patients.

Signature Chef’s Auction

What| The 7th annual Signature Chefs Auction to benefit the March of Dimes features samplings of signature dishes from the Phoenix area’s finest chefs. There are also exceptional packages up for bid in two separate auction settings all to benefit Fund the Mission.

Cost| Tickets begin at $275 per person, but table and sponsor levels are available as well

Live & Local Culinary Event
When| 11/08/15 5pm until 9pm
Where| Scottsdale Civic Center Mall
What| Live & Local will celebrate Arizona’s best food, music and spirits and will feature an extensive culinary and entertainment lineup including local restaurant and beverage partners, celebrity mixologists and entertainers. The event is open to the public and all admission proceeds will go to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale. Please see our announcement for more information.

Cost| General Admission tickets are $75 and VIP tickets are $150

Artist’s In Residence Dinner at Lon’s

What| The foremost wine expert and award-winning author of The Wine Bible, Karen MacNeil, recognized as “the most comprehensive and authoritative book on wine” will be coming to LONS’s for this salon-style evening, including a wine reception and four-course wine paired dinner prepared by Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco and his culinary team.
A foremost expert and wine aficionado, Karen’s articles on wine and food often can be found in The New York Times, Food and Wine, U.S.A. Today, Elle, Cooking Light, Town & Country and more. First as NBC’s Today Show wine correspondent, then as Emmy-award winning host of the PBS television series Wine, Food & Friends, Karen will be bringing her style and love of wine to this special event.
