Only one thing could be better than thirteen amazing chefs and 20 talented sommeliers and mixologists under one roof for one night; attending that dinner and supporting a great local organization.
On August 22nd, an incredibly creative and gifted group of restaurant legends will gather at Cowboy Ciao for an Alumni Dinner. The name of the dinner is based on the fact that all the participants have spent time working at Cowboy Ciao at one time or another, in one capacity or another.

For only $125 you can experience a once in a lifetime 5 course dinner (includes all wine and cocktail pairings). You’re definitely going to need reservations as this dinner is going to sell out crazy fast!
The Bonus
A portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to UMOM, the largest homeless shelter specifically for families in the state. Their goal is to “prevent and end homelessness with innovative strategies and housing solutions that meet the unique needs of each family and individual.”
