Bake Your Best With the Help of Chef Tess Bakeresse

Posted on: April 8th, 2014 by Taryn Jeffries No Comments

One of my most favorite simple pleasures in life is a crisp new cookbook. I love to look through the glossy pages and peer at the carefully created photos that accompany the recipes within. I’ve recently learned of a new cookbook that I need to add to my ever-growing collection. Chef Tess Bakeresse, also known as Stephanie Petersen, is a classically trained chef, author, and mother and is becoming America’s Baking Sweetheart. One of her passions is helping busy families create meal solutions that include good wholesome food. She is currently the corporate chef for Honeyville Farms and is hosting a launch party on April 11th for her newest book, “Bread Art.”

In addition to all that Chef Tess does, she is also leading classes on a variety of topics. Be sure to check out the class descriptions and pre-register for the classes that look interesting, as I’ve heard they fill up quickly.
