Worry-Free Dining with ZuZu’s New Gluten-Free Menu

Posted on: March 26th, 2014 by Taryn Jeffries No Comments

These days, if you have a gluten allergy or sensitivity, going out to dinner can involve a lot of planning and research. If you or a loved one suffer from Celiac disease, you are among more than 3 million people in the US alone. Even with such staggering numbers, it’s not surprising to learn that there are surely many more who have not been diagnosed or who experience symptoms indicative of a gluten sensitivity or intolerance that may not even know that gluten is the culprit. One positive thing in the growing numbers of those diagnosed is a greater awareness in the food marketplace as well as in restaurant and gluten-free menu development.
