Chipotle partners with DBG for Annual Spring Plant Sale

Posted on: March 12th, 2014 by Amy Martin No Comments

If you’re looking to spruce up and add some new life to your backyard, head out this weekend to enjoy our beautiful weather at Desert Botanical Gardens for this year’s Annual Spring Plant Sale. Stroll through the largest variety of desert-adapted plants all in one location while you pick and choose your favorites. If you’re unsure of what to bring home, garden volunteers, horticulturists and professional landscape designers will all be on hand to answer your questions and offer advice. They’ll even have a large selection of specimen-sized plants and offer delivery.Chipotle partners with Desert Botanical Gardens for Annual Spring Plant Sale

This year, Chipotle Mexican Grill has partnered up with Desert Botanical Gardens to help support the Plant Sale, Agave on the Rocks and the Great Pumpkin Festival because of their shared dedication to sustainability and conservations of important food issues. If you’re a Desert Botanical Gardens member or are ready to purchase your membership, you’ll have the opportunity to attend the members-only preview on Friday, March 14th from 7am-5pm and will enjoy plenty of tasty ‘perks’ from Chipotle! (Members are welcome to bring one non-member guest)

They’ll also be handing out FREE Burrito coupons to the first 500 people who sign up as a new member or renew their existing membership. And, if you need your Chipotle-fix right away, they’ll be hosting a Guacamole-making demonstration from 10am-2pm and handing out samples and recipe cards. If not all BOGO and Free coupons are claimed, the remainder will be handed out Saturday and Sunday at the public plant sale.

Sound like a tasty weekend?
