New Year’s Day is a time to make resolutions and set the tone for 2014. One Valley restaurant, Arrowhead Grill, is inviting Arizonans to make this year one of optimism and delight. Arrowhead Grill is helping set the tone for 2014 with its first event of year, a decadent 3-course Prime Rib Dinner for $35.99 served on New Year’s Day.

“New Year’s Day is often overlooked,” said Chef Charles W. Schwerd, owner of Arrowhead Grill. “It should be a day when we take the time to contemplate the coming year, what we want from ourselves and in our lives and to count our many blessings. One of the best ways to do that is through food.”

Dinner begins with a choice of four signature AG salads; Caesar, Romaine lettuce tossed with a tangy garlic vinaigrette dressing with a hint of anchovies and topped with croutons and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese; Chopped or House Salad, or Spinach Salad, a true steakhouse classic with tender spinach tossed with warm red-wine vinaigrette, sliced eggs, bacon, shaved red onions and mushrooms.

The main course features a succulent serving of Prime Rib dry-rubbed and cooked to perfection and patrons will finish this decadent dinner with a choice of one of Arrowhead Grill’s lavish desserts, such as AG’s opulent Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie served with Chocolate Ice Cream, Vanilla Créme Brûlée, or Fresh Strawberries and Chocolate Fondue.

For those who wish to indulge in their favorite dishes, Arrowhead Grill is offering its complete menu throughout the evening.
