“Farmer in the House” dinner at Sanctuary

What better way to celebrate Earth Day than a delicious and palate provoking dinner at elements at Sanctuary, complete with treasures straight from the earth? On Monday, April 22nd, you can experience the decadence that is synonymous with Sanctuary as well as the colorful character that comes with each and every Farmer In the House series dinner.

The Sanctuary dinner is pairing up the culinary creations of Beau MacMillan and the beautiful Girard Winery wine pairings.

Begin the evening with a reception of passed plates and a Girard 2011 Sauvignon Blanc.

  • First | Red Beet & Salad Cured Salmon | Girard Chardonnay
  • Second | Roasted Carrot & Avocado Salad | Girard Artistry
  • Third | Roasted Prime NY Strip | Girard Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Fourth | Vanilla Bean & Buttermilk Panna Cotta | Girard Old Vine Zinfandel

This dinner is very close to being sold out, with only 50 seats being sold, so if you want in, be sure to reserve your spot sooner than later! Call (480) 948-2100 for reservations. Cost for attendance is $75 per person plus tax & gratuity.
