“Farmer in the House” dinner at Sanctuary
What better way to celebrate Earth Day than a delicious and palate provoking dinner at elements at Sanctuary, complete with treasures straight from the earth? On Monday, April 22nd, you can experience the decadence that is synonymous with Sanctuary as well as the colorful character that comes with each and every Farmer In the House series dinner.
The Sanctuary dinner is pairing up the culinary creations of Beau MacMillan and the beautiful Girard Winery wine pairings.
Begin the evening with a reception of passed plates and a Girard 2011 Sauvignon Blanc.

- Second | Roasted Carrot & Avocado Salad | Girard Artistry
- Third | Roasted Prime NY Strip | Girard Cabernet Sauvignon
- Fourth | Vanilla Bean & Buttermilk Panna Cotta | Girard Old Vine Zinfandel
