“Come together” with Chef Beckett for Arizona Beer Week
With Arizona Beer Week upon us (February 16-23), I know a few men who have set a countdown to what is known to them as ‘the most wonderful time of the year.’
When February 16th hits, find yourself at Beckett’s Table to enjoy their week-long beer specials, including $3 Arizona beers, in additional to their usual offerings.
For those who really want to celebrate, Chef Justin Beckett will host a special Four Peaks Beer-centric Dinner on February 20th, serving up three tasty courses, each paired with a cold (and delicious) Four Peaks craft beer.
Limited quantities are available, so make your reservations before sell-out. Cost for the prix-fixe dinner (including pairings) is $55 per person. Check out the menu below (dessert sounds ridiculous!):
- Beer cheese soup, pretzel bread crouton, house made sauerkraut, smoke onion drippings (paired with Four Peaks 8th Street)
- Choice of: Kiltlifter BBQ lacquered & smoked St. Louis style ribs, pickled veggie salad (paired with Four Peaks Kiltlifter) or Sautéed shrimp, beer braised collard greens, cheesy grits, mustard pan jus (paired with Four Peaks Hopknot IPA)
- House made funnel cake, Mexican chocolate ice cream, bacon caramel apples (paired with Four Peaks Oatmeal Stout)
