Susan Sampson is an award-winning newspaper columnist and former food editor of The Toronto Star, the largest daily newspaper in Canada. Her profession requires her to test and develop new recipes, test kitchen products and review cookbooks. Her collection of canned fish and seafood recipes offers kid-friendly options, budget meals and even guest-worthy recipes when you have company coming for dinner.
