Part of that comes from their patented micro-serration technology which incorporates four mini teeth per millimeter – making it basically invisible to the human eye. I was able to get some quick use out of the knife when I made my homemade salsa. The knife cut through my garlic, cilantro, and peppers with ease. I also had occasion to use the knife for some fresh summer fruits and it was a dream. I really liked the fact that it’s very dainty. We have some pretty serious manly knives in my kitchen and it seemed like this one was just made for a slighter hand.
