The 100% biodegradable Flip Loofah Sponges are sold in a pack of three and are two-sided to tackle any mess. One side is armed with fibrous, natural loofah for tough scrubbing (yet still gentle enough for non-stick pans) and the other is a soft, absorbent cellulose sponge for wiping down delicate dishes. Once it is wet, it expands to twice its size so don’t be alarmed if the sponges seem a bit small. Now, I must tell you that a fair amount of dishes roll in and out of my kitchen. I typically go through sponges very quickly just to keep up with all the mess. When I tried Full Circle Home sponges, I was surprised how well they stood up to all the grime – they actually last longer than my usual sponges. A definite win for me. To sanitize, simply pop them in your microwave!

My favorite product of the bunch – the Laid Back Dish Brush – has a gorgeous, natural bamboo handle that fits comfortably in my hand and looks good in my kitchen. It’s designed with an arch in the handle so that the bristles never touch the countertop. The brush is made with Bonterra biodegradable plant ‘plastic’ and its sturdy bristles are natural and recycled. Once you’ve gotten enough use out of the brush, just snap off the brush head and replace with a new one; no need to buy an entire new brush. Keep those bristles clean by tossing the brush head in your dishwasher. Simple enough.
