Posted on: September 19th, 2011 by Amy Martin No Comments

Continuing their Insider’s View Dinner Series, Different Pointe of View –one of my favorite restaurants- is hosting another installment of the series on September 21st. Designed as an intimate dining experience for guests, the dinner is limited to 12-14 guests and includes a four course meal prepared tableside by Chef Anthony DeMuro in the dining room.

The president of Markham Vineywards (one of the first wineries in Napa Valley), Bryan Del Bondio, has partnered with Chef Anthony to pair wines with his menu.

The evening will begin at 6:15pm with a reception and passed hors d’oeuvres in the Terrace Room. Dinner will follow at 7pm in the main dining room offering a panoramic view of the Valley. Check out the menu below:

  • Amuse:  Cucumber Basil Water | Basil Caviar
  • First: Pan Seared Cold Water Diver Scallop | Penn Cove Mussel & Lemon Zest Reduction, Artichoke Parmesan Risotto
  • Second: Crispy Pan Seared Berkshire Pork Belly | Charred Shallots, Sweet Corn Soft Polenta, Blue Berry Balsamic Reduction
  • Third: Seared Organic Grass Fed Oregan Lamb Noisette | Olive Tapenade, Honey Carrot Olive Oil Emulsion, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Smoked Bacon & Chives, Chanterelle Cabernet Demi
