Poolside Dining at Hotel Valley Ho
Voted as one of the “World’s Coolest Pools” by Travel Leisure, the OH Pool at Hotel Valley Ho is a Valley favorite for sun-soaking and sipping. The pool at the modern-retro themed ‘Valley Ho offers pool-side dining, open to both hotel and non-hotel guests.
A standout on the menu is the Orange Sesame Chicken Bento Box, one of the hotel’s most-requested items among pool-goers. Consisting of chicken breast, steamed jasmine rice, sunomono salad, baby greens, and a sweet chili vinaigrette, you can order one yourself for $13.95 from the pool kitchen.

Other poolside menu items include House Smoked Salmon Dip served with homemade potato chips, the Wasabi Dog (a quarter pound Vienna beef dog topped with pico de gallo, pickled diakon and wasabi aioli served on a toasted baguette), the Artisan Grilled Cheese (Havarti cheese, oven-roasted tomatoes, and pickled onions on grilled sourdough), and a selection of salads and other sandwiches. The pool is open to non-hotel guests Sundays through Fridays for dining and cabana reservations (with the exception of holiday weekends) for no fee.
