Deep Affection Cocktail Recipe
Red berries make this jewel-toned cocktail the perfect choice for an evening of romance.
This recipe was created by Lead Mixologist Zachary Blair of The Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid, New York.
Ingredients
- 3 whole strawberries (reserve an additional strawberry for garnish)
- 1 ounce raspberry liquor (Merlet)
- splash lime juice and simple syrup
- dash orange bitters (Bittermans)
- splash Brut champagne
Servings: drink
Instructions
- Muddle the first 4 ingredients
- Double strain in a high ball glass
- Add ice and top with brut champagne
- Garnish with a flared strawberry
