Ingredients
  • 3whole strawberries(reserve an additional strawberry for garnish)
  • 1ounce raspberry liquor (Merlet)
  • splash lime juice and simple syrup
  • dash orange bitters (Bittermans)
  • splash Brut champagne
Instructions
  1. Muddle the first 4 ingredients
  2. Double strain in a high ball glass
  3. Add ice and top with brut champagne
  4. Garnish with a flared strawberry
