Handcrafted by chef/owner, Cullen Campbell, Bar Crudo’s Happy Hour tempts with gourmet dishes such as four distinctive types of house-made and imported cheeses (Burricota, Grana, Ricotta and Stracciatella), or Crudo’s signature Crispy Pig Ears topped with Fresno chile vinaigrette and chives. Taste the tones of the Mediterranean with Castelvetrano Olives smoked over local pecan wood, or experience a throwback taste of mom’s cooking with a thick-sliced Meatloaf Burger topped with cheddar, arugula and a rich sweet and sour agrodolce sauce.
