We recently told you about Bitter & Twisted’s major nod from Tales of the Cocktail and we have some more exciting news about them today. Bitter & Twisted is set to partner with Tacos Chiwas, the new “it” restaurant according to local chefs. This pop-up dinner collaboration is definitely going to be an event that you won’t want to miss.

Tacos Chiwas Pop Up at Bitter & TwistedOn Sunday, July 31st at 5:30pm, you’re invited to indulge in an 8-course feast crafted by Bitter & Twisted’s Chef Bob Tam and Armando Hernandez and Nadia Holguin, the husband, and wife team behind Tacos Chiwas. The menu will feature a unique East meets Mexico fusion.

Tacos Chiwas menu features tacos guided by the owner’s home of Chihuahua in Mexico. Their dishes incorporate fresh, indigenous ingredients and exclusively from-scratch recipes. According to the Phoenix New Times, “Hernandez formerly worked as a manager at chef Chris Bianco’s Pane Bianco, and Holguin is a classically trained chef. Together, the duo appear to possess the depth of knowledge and passion to bring traditional Chihuahuan fare to full, vivid life.”

You can get your tickets to this exclusive event for $58.88 per person (tax and gratuity are included). The 8’s are significant and symbolize luck in Chinese culture, so if you attend you’re sure to have a little luck on your side, in addition to the great meal.
