Pita Jungle Introduces New Seasonal Kitchen Crafts Menu

Keto and paleo diners rejoice: Pita Jungle has launched a new seasonal menu just for you! These dishes are keeping up with the latest diets, while staying true to their Mediterranean roots. 

The New Pita Jungle Kitchen Crafts Menu include:

Moroccan Gazpacho | tomato, cucumber, onion, cilantro, celery, jalapeno, garbanzo beans, lemon juice, seasonings. Served cold with pine nuts, cucumbers or pita chip

Bone Broth Ramen with Shirataki Noodles | beef bone broth, shirataki noodles, miso, kimchi, baby spinach, green onions

Super Green Nordic Salmon Bowl | wood-fired Norwegian salmon, super green julienne: Tuscan kale, red and green cabbage, peppers, fennel, garlic, lemon remoulade, fresh mint, dill

Mahi Burrito of the Sea | mahi-mahi, Tuscan kale, red and green cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, pickles, fresh jalapenos, cilantro and parsley, lemon remoulade, gluten-free wrap

Shaved Korean Beef Cauliflower Tostada | premium shaved beef cuts, spicy gochujang sauce, flash sautéed super green julienne: Tuscan kale, red and green cabbage, peppers, garlic, ginger, pea sprouts, cauliflower parmesan crust

Gluten-Free Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich 

Personal favorites of the new seasonal menu include the Avocado Cauliflower Tostada and the gluten-free brownie ice cream sandwich! 

In addition to these dishes being keto and paleo friendly, most dishes can be made to fit vegan and vegetarian diets!
