Looking to celebrate your love in the East Valley? We’ve put together our picks for phenomenal dishes and ambiance just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Details | Looking to do something good for your health and your heart? The four-course menu at 24 Carrots will start off with a gluten-free cheeze board for sharing. Then you’ll move on to your choice of seasonal soup or salad. Your entrée options include beetroot tagine-stuffed dosai or charred local mushroom linguini. Your hearty and healthy meal will end with a dessert of brown sugar pavlova or a waffle sundae.

Details | Don’t get us wrong, we love an oyster and champagne pairing as much as the next guy or gal. However, when opting for a date at a Brazilian Steakhouse like Galeto this Valentine’s Day… choosing to indulge in your carnivorous and oenophile sides with premium meat and wine selections is always a great call. The Brazilian steakhouse is offering some premier prime cut and wine pairings perfect for a romantic evening. Their Pichana will pair well with a Malbec or a medium bodied Meritage. The ribs in their Costela go perfectly with a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon or an intense Portuguese red blend. If you’re in the mood for a filet opt for a dry red like a Cabernet Sauvignon or a fruity Pinot Noir.

Details | Enjoy a special seafood platter that includes four oysters on the half shell, three marinated and grilled jumbo shrimp served with shallot mignonette, horseradish cocktail cause and Chimayo aioli. Sink your teeth into the Maple Leaf grilled duck—Chimayo rubbed with parsnip purée, duck confit and sweet potato wheat berry risotto. When you are ready for dessert, Ghost Ranch has come up with a special berry chocolate cake made with red wine, poblano raspberry sauce, raspberry cocoa nib gelato, and chocolate covered strawberries.

Details | This Valentine’s Day, indulge in delicious twists on steak house classics at Shula’s Steak House with a special three-course menu at $65 per guest. For the first course, guests can choose peekytoe crab, boniato aioli and early spring squash served with buttermilk salsa verde or shaved beef carpaccio with radish, Treviso greens and horseradish. For the next course, guests can choose Halibut Oscar with Lyonnaise potatoes and spinach served with lemon basil nage or an entrée of filet, potato fondant, creamed leeks, and lobster bordelaise. The third course includes a shared dessert of strawberry and white chocolate with basil gelée, roasted strawberries and champagne sorbet.
