Your hearty and healthy meal will end with a dessert of brown sugar pavlova or a waffle sundae.

However, when opting for a date at a Brazilian Steakhouse like Galeto this Valentine’s Day… choosing to indulge in your carnivorous and oenophile sides with premium meat and wine selections is always a great call. The Brazilian steakhouse is offering some premier prime cut and wine pairings perfect for a romantic evening. Their Pichana will pair well with a Malbec or a medium bodied Meritage. The ribs in their Costela go perfectly with a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon or an intense Portuguese red blend. If you’re in the mood for a filet opt for a dry red like a Cabernet Sauvignon or a fruity Pinot Noir.

For the first course, guests can choose peekytoe crab, boniato aioli and early spring squash served with buttermilk salsa verde or shaved beef carpaccio with radish, Treviso greens and horseradish. For the next course, guests can choose Halibut Oscar with Lyonnaise potatoes and spinach served with lemon basil nage or an entrée of filet, potato fondant, creamed leeks, and lobster bordelaise.
