In addition to their main menu, Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge will be offering Thanksgiving prix fixe special. The menu will start with a choice of a green chili and cream corn soup or a quinoa spinach salad. For the main course, the restaurant will serve a traditional slow roasted turkey with green chili mashed potatoes with natural turkey gravy. The holiday dessert special will include a pumpkin caramel bread pudding made of spiced pumpkin bread and dark chocolate topped with caramel sauce. Each item on the prix fixe menu is also available a la cart.

The special classic Thanksgiving feast will include a mixed greens salad with garden vegetables accompanied by a champagne vinaigrette or buttermilk ranch dressing. This Turkey Day the West Valley Irish pub and sports bar Padre Murphy’s will be hosting a Thanksgiving buffet dinner and showing an entire day of football on their 90+ TVs. On Thanksgiving Day, guests can choose between a four-course, prix fixe menu at elements, Sanctuary’s signature restaurant, or a bountiful buffet at The Views. In addition to a traditional turkey dinner with chestnut stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry apple relish and giblet gravy, entrée choices at elements will include butternut squash and ricotta raviolis with duck confit, braised Swiss chard, parmesan cream and blistered tomatoes; spice crusted sea bass with charred eggplant puree, ratatouille and harissa butter; and roasted vegetable wellington with asparagus, fontina, balsamic onions, mushrooms and a piquillo pepper sauce.
