New Menu | Fall Flatbreads at Hearth 61
Fall has officially arrived at Mountain Shadow‘s signature restaurant Hearth 61. Executive Chef Charles Wiley has created an ingredient-driven menu that will fully highlight the flavors of the season.
The fall menu will emphasize new signature flatbreads, bright and flavorful salads along with hearty seafood specialities.

Guests are encouraged to indulge in their Italian sausage flatbread. This new dish is topped with a hot salami and a rich burrata that plays off of the aromatic basil and zesty marinara.

There is also a new bratwurst and broccoli flatbread that is married with Manchego cheese and caramelized onion. The sweetness of the onion will balance the tanginess of the cheese.

The shiitake mushroom flatbread is also new and an interesting partnership of aged white cheddar, ren onion, arugula and a sweet chile vinaigrette. The bite of the red onion and peppery punch of the arugula are tempered by the savory vinaigrette.
We think all of these new flatbread flavors are a great way to receive our favorite season.
