Drop Anchor at Little Cleo’s for Summer Bites
Little Cleo’s has just announced the arrival of their Summer Bites Menu. This menu brings all the flavors that you think of after a day at the beach. From now through September 24th, this four-course immersive culinary experience, prepared by Chef Eric Ramirez, will offer guests a selection on seafood classics with a twist. The special menu is available for $35, not including tax or gratuity. Wine pairings are available for an additional $15 per person.

Chilled Seafood
Chef’s selection of oysters and poached shrimp
Small Plates & Greens (select one)
Crispy frogs legs| fish sauce, roasted cashew, Thai chili sap
Grilled Octopus| crispy masa, watercress, charred serrano
“Bacon & Eggs”| house made sturgeon, bacon, creme fraiche, toast
Large Plates (select one)
“Bouillabaisse”| scallops, mussels, shrimp, tomato, fennel, saffron
Linguine & Mussels| squid ink, pasta, acqua pazza, fresh herbs
Grilled Ahi Tuna| mushroom ginger dumpling, spicy caramelized soy
Desserts (select one)
Sticky Toffee Pudding| hazelnut toffee, Nutella ice cream
Lemon Icebox Pie| Chantilly cream, blackberry compote
The Summer Bites menu is available through September 24th with the exception of the Deep Sea Dinners on July 31st and August 28th.
