EVO Announces New Executive Chef, Steven Fowler

Evo names new Executive ChefEVO, an Old Town Scottsdale Italian eatery, is thrilled to announce the addition of Arizona native, Executive Chef Steven Fowler. Chef Steven brings years of culinary experience here in Phoenix, having worked as a chef, sous chef, and executive chef throughout the Valley. His knowledge and passion is a perfect fit for EVO.

“We are delighted to bring Chef Steven aboard,” said Nick Neuman, Owner of EVO. His ability to match our style and work with our menu to enhance its flavors is something that our guest will value.”

After receiving his schooling from the Art Institute of Phoenix, Chef Steven went on to work with Valley restaurants such as T. Cooks at The Royal Palms, The Boulders Resort and Golden Door Spa, Tonto Bar and Grill and Remington’s Restaurant at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort.

“I am looking forward to this next chapter of my culinary journey here in the Valley,” adds Chef Steven Fowler. “EVO is an Old Town favorite and I am happy to be able to use my love of the culinary world to provide a truly exciting dining experience.”

While no major changes to the menu will be made at this point, Chef Steven is embracing the philosophy of serving lighter Italian dishes with the freshest ingredients. EVO offers modern Italian cuisine menu with great food and a relaxing environment with scenic views of Camelback Mountain.  With fresh ingredients and local produce, EVO has redefined Italian cuisine by making it healthier and lighter than the rest. Open late nights, guests are welcome 4 pm to 2 am to experience the delicious Italian cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails.
