Don’t Waffle Your Support of International Waffle Day

Breakfast, and I mean a serious bust out the mixing bowls and get the kitchen messy kind of breakfast, is a big deal in my house. I have a pancake recipe that my kids rave about and a waffle batter that makes the Mister happy. We love to have breakfast for dinner a lot, mostly because there is a lot more time for cooking in the evening – especially during the week. My boys think that breakfast at any other time of day than morning is some sort of magic, so its a fun thing to do for them.
