Lunching in Downtown Phoenix can be an incredible experience, with all the great restaurants that have navigated to the area. The consistent issue with an epic downtown lunch is time. You can easily pop in and out of any of the fast casual spots in the area, but when you are looking for something hearty, healthy and quick the options dwindle. Well, the food Gods have smiled down on all of you clocking in and out in Downtown. Chef Sean Currid, of Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails has created some new menu items that are guaranteed to fill you up with food that you can fill good about and designed to get you in and out within an hour. Chef Currid’s menu is full of crave-worthy dishes  that are a nod to the classics with a Southern twist.

Some of the new Quick Lunch menu items are:

The BHKC Chop Salad: baby heirloom tomatoes, dried corn, fregola. pepitas, avocado and cotija cheese

The BHKC BLT: fried green tomatoes, gem lettuce, avocado mayo, smoked bacon and ciabatta
