I know that we should all be showing love to our partners every day, but it is nice to have one day where you can indulge in all of that romance and show and tell each other how important they are to you. Alto Ristorante e Bar

Menu/Details: Alto ristorante e bar is the ideal place to celebrate with a special valentine. This comfortable Italian restaurant offers fresh and flavorful dishes with an emphasis on “the season.” This romantic evening is complete with a complimentary gondola ride along the resort’s waterways. Your 4-course dinner will begin with an amuse of butternut squash soup with a black truffle emulsion. For the first course you can choose between the barbabietole arrosto or crudo. Second course options will include a Maine lobster ravioli or a black truffle risotto. Entrée options include pan seared halibut Magret duck breast, a 7 oz. beef filet and a chicken roulade. For dessert you can choose between a chocolate mousse cake or a mascarpone cheesecake.

Menu/Details: Guests are invited to indulge in a 6 course prix-fixe menu that is sure to dazzle you and your sweetheart. You’ll be treated to shaved seasonal vegetables dressed in an avocado ranch, grilled broccoli with shaved prosciutto, blacked Vidalia onion rings and an orange brown sugar vin, buttered shrimp saffron gemelli with garlic, shallot, white wine, lemon and garlic toast, cacao rubbed bison with dauphinoise potatoes and a Muscat veal reduction and complete your dining experience with a chocolate cremeaux tart.

Blue Coyote Cantina

When: February 14th from 4pm until closing
Menu/Details: Travel to the Blue Coyote Cantina and enjoy a seared pork porterhouse will serve as the main entrée. The dish will include grilled zucchini, squash, poblano and a cherry demi-glace. A strawberry napoleon will also be included.

Menu/Details: Marcellino’s has creates some specials for their Valentine’s Day menu, although their full menu will also be available. Guests can enjoy their Santa Lucia; squid ink infused fettucine with fresh tomato, sautéed clams, mussels, calamari and ½ fresh Maine lobster in the shell. You can also select the porcini fettucine; porcini infused pasta with chinks of fresh lobster sautéed with shitake mushrooms and truffle oil. Your third special option in their wild boar chop; Chef’s succulent imported wild boar chop, grilled to perfection. Menu/Details: This Valentine’s Day, heaps of chocolate give unique character to both sweet and savory dishes spanning Chef Gio Osso’s romantic dinner menu at his award-winning restaurant, Virtu.
“We’ve aimed to create a one-of-a-kind experience here in Arizona, and an amorous one at that,” said the chef. “Chocolate is my absolute favorite thing in the world, and I know I’m not the only one who feels that way.”
Adding chocolate to savory foods might seem provocative to some, but Osso delicately – and at times, decadently –  features the addictive aphrodisiac in dishes like seared scallops with saffron parsnip silk, sherry lardons, crispy Brussel petals, and marcona and white chocolate.
The delightfully indulgent menu begins with a champagne toast and amuse bouche of chocolate bites followed by the three-course dinner. After dessert, chocolate and sea salt-covered strawberries serve as mignardises to seal the deal.
