You’ll flip for National Pancake Day, or week

National Pancake Day is Saturday, September 26th and the brains behind Over Easy are going all out with their week-long celebration leading up to the big day.

As a full-out breakfast lover (I would eat it all day everyday if I could get away with it) the celebration of a long-treasured breakfast staple makes my little heart beam with joy!National Pancake Day

From September 20th through the 26th the restaurant will feature a different pancake creation each day at each of their locations. Whether you have a craving for sweet or savory Chefs Aaron and Brad May have you covered. “glory of the grain and what makes each restaurant and its guests unique”.

What can you expect from National Pancake Day, er week, at Over Easy?

Arcadia| Protein Sunshine Cakes, made with whey protein and orange juice
Bellingham| Salmon potato pancakes
Gilbert| Peach pancakes
Mesa| Rum raisin pancakes
Scottsdale| Granola buttermilk pancakes
Tempe| Maroon and Gold pancakes, made with bacon and mango

Want to check out all the locations? Fill your belly at any of these Valley locations:

Arcadia: 4730 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix Open Monday through Friday from 6:30am until 1pm and 6:30am until 2pm on weekends
Gilbert: 211 E. Warner Rd., Ste. 103, Gilbert Open Monday through Friday from 6am until 1pm and 6am until 2pm on weekends
Mesa: 6451 E. Southern Ave., Mesa Open from 6am until 1pm Monday through Friday and 6am until 2pm on weekends
Scottsdale: 9375 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale Open daily from 6:30 m until 1pm
Tempe: 149 S. Farmer Ave., Tempe Open daily from 6am until 2pm

And on the off-chance that you are going to be in Washington state, you can hit up Over Easy’s Bellingham location at 2430 James St. in Bellingham from 7am until 2pm.
