Viva L’Italia: Check out Kneaders Summer Menu (and a getaway opportunity)

Kneaders Bakery and Café invites its customers to experience a taste of Italy during its “Viva L’Italia” summer menu promotion.  Beginning Wednesday, July 1, six authentic Italian-themed dishes and small bites will be added to the menu.  Diners will be transported to Italy as they indulge in specialty drinks, savory sandwiches, fresh salads and decadent desserts which have been inspired by the region.

As part of the summer promotion, Kneaders will be giving away two Italian vacations for two courtesy of Destinations Travel and Delta Vacations. Fans can enter the Italian vacation sweepstakes by visiting www.kneadersitaliansummer.com.  Fans can enter once a day, and one trip will be given away each month in July and August.

Kneaders Summer Menu: Six Italian-inspired dishes and small bites added in July and August

The “Viva L’Italia” menu includes:

• Tuscan Bistro Sandwich – A trio of classic Italian meats—prosciutto, pepperoni, and salami—combined with provolone cheese, basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
• Pesto Tortellini Salad with Pine Nuts – Cool pasta salad which features cheese-filled tortellini tossed with fragrant pesto, pine nuts and parmesan.
• Maria’s Caprese Salad – A classic caprese salad of juicy tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil with a Kneaders twist: crispy bacon and a drizzle of our ranch dressing!
• Mama’s Citrus Cannoli–A crisp shell hand-filled with sweet orange-lemon cream, dipped in rich chocolate and sprinkled with mini chocolate chips.
• Hand Crafted Italian Sodas–Our sparkling Italian sodas are made by hand, fresh for every order, in Stone Fruit and Black Raspberry, each garnished with sliced fruit and whipped cream.
• Italian Gelato–Authentic Italian gelato in two flavors direct from Italy: Classic Pistachio and Salted Caramel.

The “Viva L’Italia” menu will be available July 1 through August 31 at all 35 Kneaders Bakery and Café locations.
