2014 has been a great year, but all good things must come to an end in order to prepare for bigger and better things. If you are looking for the perfect place to ring in the New Year, we have gathered some of the tastiest spots for the last meal of 2014.

The Basics
New Year’s Eve is right around the corner and this year Brat Haus in Scottsdale is celebrating in a big way. First, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. it’s all about the kiddos with craft soda, root beer floats, pigs in a blanket and grilled cheese sliders.
Then, starting at 4 p.m. and through the night, Brat Haus will toast with different beer tappings from across the globe every hour, on the hour.
The Bites
Brat Haus will feature themed food pairings including rarebit – a cheese toast from the UK. Also, marinated beef skewers, with grilled onions served with chimichurri dipping sauce – a South American treat. Or try one of Brat Haus’ American food favorites like the pigtail poutine- fries served with squeaky cheese curds and smothered in pigtail gravy or the Arizona burger, a 1/3 pound beef burger with roasted Anaheim pepper, habanero cheese, and prickly pear aioli.

Central Bistro

The Cove Trattoria, a family-owned restaurant located in Scottsdale’s Seville shopping center on the northeast corner of Indian Bend & Scottsdale Road, will be serving delicious al-carte specials, in addition to their regular dinner menu, on New Year’s Eve.  The restaurant will take dinner reservations up until 9 pm, leaving plenty of time to ring in the New Year.

The Basics
Say farewell to 2014 and ring in the New Year in Nuevo Latino style with a lively dining experience in deseo. The Resort’s signature restaurant will feature a limited à la carte menu with seatings beginning at 6 and 9 p.m. on Dec. 31. diners are encouraged to take advantage of the Resort’s New Year’s Eve Pajama Party for kids. The Resort’s FUN team will host a New Year’s Eve Pajama Party for children ages 4 to 7 from 7 p.m. – 1 a.m. on December 31. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 480.624.1202.

There will be VIP seating on the dance floor that includes dinner for $60 a person. Bar seating with dinner is $45 a person and dining room seating includes dinner for $40 a person. The party will be going on throughout the night for $10 general admission.

North Italia

If Italian cuisine is what you desire, come by North Italia for its three-course menu that incorporates added flavor to traditional dishes.

The ticketed event includes live entertainment all night long, a prime rib dinner buffet, party favors, and more, plus guaranteed seating.
